When the lady came out to confirm the measurements, she not only helped me on a change I had decided to make to the shutter design, but she was a valuable source of information for a second project - one that involved the installation of a stair lift in my home for my 84 year old mother that lives with me. She too was knowledgeable, personable and professional.
When installation day came I had on-going contact with the installers Daniel and Ken so I knew when to expect them and they arrived right on time. Their work was fast, clean and exquisite when complete.
